With the help of OZZY, the World’s Smartest Lynx, they learn to work together, cruise the cyber-malls, and hang out at the nearest Gunga Diner…that is, when they’re not battling Alien Invaders, Supervillains, or the evil hordes of M.O.L.O.C.H.! These young descendants of the original Watchmen have vowed to carry on their legacy and protect the world at all costs. Who watches The Young Watchmen? YOU WILL!

It does remind me of an excellent quote from an Alan Moore interview, though:
So often any film that comes out is going to be a sequel or a remake of a film that's previously existed — and I've said this before, that we will see Johnny Depp playing Cap'n Crunch. It will eventually get down to breakfast cereal mascots!
Young Watchmen is exactly the sort of abomination I think Moore is talking about and, sadly, I wouldn't be surprised to see either Depp as Cap'n Crunch or the Young Watchmen showing up on my teevee.
...is it bad that I think that would be the coolest thing ever? I would TOTALLY watch it. And I love that picture there.

You almost had me, until I realized that was a repaint of Teen Titans. They'll probably release the show to drum up interest in Watchmen 3: This Time, It's Mythical.

The original art was Teen Titans by ?? and Kid Rorschach started out as the Spectacular Spider-Man version of Eddie Brock by Sean Galloway.
